With a private room accommodating up to 100 at our 10700 Rosedale Highway location just 5 minutes west of the 99, or a more intimate room for 50 maximum at 6401 White Lane, two 2 miles West of the 99, Mauricio\'s Grill & Cantina is perfect for your needs.

Banquet #1 Buffet Style

Served with refried beans, Spanish rice, Mauricio\'s salsa and hot corn chips. $11.95 per person.

Enchiladas Rancheras
Two corn tortillas filled with jack and cheddar cheeses, covered with mild ranchera sauce and served with refried beans, Spanish rice, sour cream and our fresh made guacamole.

Mini-Chimichangas
A flour tortilla rolled and fried to a crispy golden brown, filled with rice and beans, with ground beef or seasoned chicken. Garnished with ipco de gallo, fresh guacamole and sour cream.

Burritos Verdes
Flour tortilla wraps, filled with chile verde, laced with green sauce and melted cheese. Served with refried beans and Spanish rice.

Boneless chicken breast, marinated with tropical juices, grilled with bell peppers, onions and tomatoes. Garnished with fresh cilantro, pico de gallo and served with your choice of flour or corn tortillas.

Steak Fajitas
Tender strips of steak fajitas, marinated and grilled to perfection with bell peppers, tomatoes, onions and garnished with fresh cilantro and pico de gallo. Served with hot tortillas.

Chile Verde
Tender chucks of pork, simmered in light tomatillo, green chile and cilantro sauce, perfectly seasoned. Served with hot tortillas.
