Cheese Quesadilla
Made from scratch. Chicken add $1.00.

Nachos
Corn tortilla chips topped with your choice of meat smothered with Jack & Cheddar cheese, garnished with olives, tomatoes, jalapenos in escabeche, fres made guacamole and sour cream. Ground beef, Seasoned chicken or Chile Verde.

Mauricio's Platter
A great combination of chile verde nachos, Monterrey Jack cheese quesadillas, taquitos, flautas, hot drummets, fresh made guacamole and sour cream garnished with chiles en escabeche.

Chicken Drummets
Chicken drummets (not wings) sautéed with our exclusive Louisiana sauce and served with ranch dressing for dipping.

Grilled Tacos
A half dozen of grilled tacos: Two with grilled steak, two with grilled chicken and two with carnitas, stacked around a scoop of fresh made guacamole, Pico de Gallo and chiles en escabeche.

Chile Con Queso
A mix of cheddar and jack cheese melted down with mild jalapeno sauce and spices served with hot flour tortilla chips.

La Pachanga
(Serves 4)
We called this tray of munchies "La Pachanga" (The Party) because it is just like having a big party where you have a sample of every appetizer of this menu. (Chile Verde nachos, chicken taquitos, flautas, mini chimichangas, chicken drummets, grilled tacos, jack cheese quesadillas, chiles en escabeche, fresh made guacamole and sour cream.)

Enchilada Grande
A large flour tortilla filled with chile colorado, covered with same mole-like sauce and melted cheese. Served with white rice, pot beans and sour cream.

Combo 5
A classic combination of a cheese enchilada and a ground beef taco served with Spanish rice and refried beans.

Ensalada de Camaron
Shrimp salad, romaine lettuce generously topped with cooked shrimp, tomato, slices of avocado and garnished with olives and shredded cheese served with dressing on the side.

Fajitas
Your choice of steak or chicken fajitas, served sizzling with Spanish rice, refried beans, fresh pico de gallo and hot tortillas.

Burrito
A large flour tortilla filled with your choice of ground beef, seasoned chicken, chile verde, or chile colorado. Rice and beans served on the side.

Flautas de Pollo
Two flour tortlilas filled with seasoned chicken and deep-fried to a golden look and served with refried beans, Spanish rice, source cream and fresh made guacamole.

Chimichangas
A big flour tortilla rolled and fried to a crispy golden brown, filled with rice, beans and your choice of chile verde, chile colorado, ground beef or seasoned chicken. Garnished with pico de gallo, fresh guacamole and sour cream.

Tacos al Carbon
Two tacos composed of flour tortillas, with your choice of grilled steak or grilled chicken, served with pot beans, Spanish rice and pico de gallo.

Tostada Grande
A flour tortilla shaped like a bowl, laced with refried beans and your choice of ground beef, seasoned chicken, chile verde or chile colorado, topped with lettuce, shredded cheese, tomato, sour cream and fresh made guacamole.

Enchilada Salad
Premium romaine lettuce topped with two cheese enchiladas, slices of avocado, pico de gallo, shredded cheese and corn chip strips.

Albondiga Soup
Mauricio's original meatball soup simmered with fresh vegetables, served with a side of rice and hot tortillas.
